  1. Cute hairbows!!! I have been meaning to make some for my dd and I haven't gotten around to it.

As for your question, considering that I live in my hometown I would get there by the afternoon. To make it to my childhood home is probably a 20 min drive. We haven't ventured far from home...yet.

  2. Those are very sweet! Any of my 3 girls would enjoy them. I live 3 hours from my hometown (where I grew up), so yes, I'd make it.

  3. My little girl is still young so I don't have many cute hair things yet. I'm hoping to add to the ones we have.

I live about 2 1/2 hours from my home town. Couldn't stand to move too far away :)

I also wanted to say that I LOVE the picture at the top of your page. How precious is that??

  20. Cute! My little one just started letting me put clips in her hair--and we could use more purple ones (her favorite color).

If I got in my car, I'd be in the town where I grew up in about 2.5 hours.

If I win, drop me a line at mamaluxe at gmail dot com or visit me at Mama Saga!

    Thanks!

  25. Depends how early we got into the car! It's a 5 hour drive...so we COULD make it there in a morning...if we left bright and early! hehe. :)

  26. Hmmmm...not unless I had a VERY fast car and a route where speeding was encouraged :-) We live in the Midwest now and I was born in Vancouver, Washington.

I have 3 daughters who would be very, very excited about hairbows.
The 3 boys and DH would probably pass, though the baby gets bows put in his hair by big sisters--LOL! And I, as Mommy, am always game for surprises! Everything you mentioned sounds great!

  37. If I got in my car right now, I could definitely not make it to my hometown by afternoon, though I wish I could. I am in New England right now, and grew up on a farm outside of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan in Canada. I wish I could be there by afternoon so that I could see my mom and dad more often than once every three years. That is very difficult for me. I would love to be entered in your giveaway.

  40. Well, I guess I could probably make it to my hometown by afternoon, but it depends on how many potty stops I had to make. I have a 5 1/2 y.o. DD (fully potty trained obviously), a 3 3/4 y.o. DD (25% potty trained & only wants to potty when it's a novelty) and 2 y.o. DS who is into everything. When we stop at a rest area by ourselves, I have to take all 3 of me in with me, and I'd rather have dental work done than go through that. It involves putting my 2 y.o. in a sling to keep him from running off or touching the tiny "trash cans" attached to the sides of stalls, as well as cleaning off 2 different toilets to set both DDs on them simultaneously, then wiping them both since they can't hold themselves up otherwise, and finally helping all of them wash their hands at the end of it. Without such potty stops, it's only a 2 1/2 hour drive to my hometown. :-)

At any rate, DDs would love a hair clip (alligator clip) especially if it has pink or pale blue (think Cinderella) in it. Thanks for the chance to win!

I am living outside of Denver, and I grew up in the DFW area of Texas. So... Yea.. kinda!!

If I didn't have my kids I'd get there sooner, but 6 kids, that is a TOn of potty breaks.
